Rendela Wenzel (LTC- GPEMR) provides reliability and engineering expertise in mechanical systems, Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and reliability modeling. She also provides expertise in mechanical systems troubleshooting, lubrication and condition based monitoring program development and implementation.

She has applied her expertise across many Lilly sites globally to improve site reliability and predictive maintenance programs, and to reduce equipment deviations associated with mechanical systems failures. She also provides lubrication, pump fundamentals, and reliability training. Rendela has also been a key contributor in advancing her discipline through leading the global Reliability Technical Team, and the President of the Indiana Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals. She has mentored numerous individuals and developed several engineering best practices and management of standards and master specifications.

Roger currently serves as a Plant Engineer for Owens Corning in Aiken, SC. Previously, Roger worked for Covestro and Owens Corning, having developed a world class lubrication program. Prior to this he served in the US Navy Nuclear Power field, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Power and a Master's Degree in Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.

Roger has earned the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, Machinery Lubrication Engineer, and Certified Lubrication Specialist certifications, as well as MLT I and II, MLA II and III, Vibration Analysis Level I, and Ultrasound Level I.

Kenneth Bannister CMRP, MLE

Ken Bannister is a UK technical apprenticed and accredited mechanical design engineer with numerous engineering design patents to his credit. Since 1988 Ken has worked globally to assist all major industries in their maintenance, production and lubrication programs as head of ENGTECH Industries Inc., an international asset management consulting and training practice based near Toronto, Canada. Ken is one of only a few asset management consultants worldwide holding expertise and accreditation in the field of industrial lubrication management.

As a founding member, past Director and Vice President of PEMAC (Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada), Ken is no stranger to working at a board level. Since the early 2000’s he has worked diligently as a volunteer and technical advisor to the ICML on MLT/MLA exam question development; MLE designation and exam question development; and, more recently, the ICML 55.1 and ICML 55.2 standards development.

Ken is also a founding partner, editor, and writer for The RAM Review, a maintenance and lubrication e-newsletter and article library. As of 2022, he has published six maintenance books on energy management, predictive maintenance and practical lubrication, some of which are to be found in the ICML Domain of Knowledge.

Paul currently serves as Chief Reliability Officer for Reliability Playbook based in Central Florida. Reliability Playbook is one of ICML's independent training partners. Previously, Paul worked for Georgia-Pacific, Koch Fertilizer, and Trico Corporation where he developed world-class maintenance & reliability and lubrication programs. Prior to this he served in the US Army as an Armor Officer. Paul is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Central Florida.

Paul has earned multiple certifications: Asset Reliability Practitioner, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional and Technician, Machinery Lubrication Engineer (MLE)®, and Certified Lubrication Specialist, as well as MLT I and MLA I, Vibration Analysis Level II, and Ultrasound Level I.

Gracen Johnsen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Gracen is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP), a Certified Strategic Planner, and NASD-trained mediator. Enjoying a career as an HR Professional spanning 20+ years, Gracen has served in the roles of HR Manager, HR Director, and HR Consultant across a broad range of profit, nonprofit, and government organizations. Most recently, Gracen served as the Director of Human Resources for D&M Carriers, LLC dba Freymiller. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with just over 800 employees, Freymiller’s fleet of 700+ refrigerator trucks dispatches perishable product loads across the United States. Gracen was responsible for the company’s human resource management disciplines, helping the company to achieve its best-practice and regulatory compliance goals. Holding a bachelor's degree in Education from Oklahoma State University, she also completed graduate courses in Educational Theory at the University of Idaho and in Business Management at Pepperdine University. Additionally, she served as Chief Administrative Officer of a publicly traded agriculture corporation in Southern California, responsible for Share Holder Services, Human Resources, and compliance with SEC, OSHA, INS, EEOC, DOL, and DOA regulations.

Gracen has served as a member of Human Resource task forces for both private sector and public sector organizations and has served on the Board of Directors of ReMerge Oklahoma, the Board of Trustees of the Oklahoma City Ballet, where she sat on the Governance, Executive, and HR Committee, and the Board of Jesus House, where she sat on the Governance and Executive Committees. Gracen conducts seminars on HR practices and compliance and instructs on HR Management at OSU-OKC. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City and was honored with the 2017 HR Legend Award/HR Professional of the Year by the Oklahoma Human Resource Society.
