Rendela Wenzel (LTC- GPEMR) provides reliability and engineering expertise in mechanical systems, Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and reliability modeling. She also provides expertise in mechanical systems troubleshooting, lubrication and condition based monitoring program development and implementation. She has applied her expertise across many Lilly sites globally to improve site reliability and predictive maintenance programs, and to reduce equipment deviations associated with mechanical systems failures. She also provides lubrication, pump fundamentals, and reliability training. Rendela has also been a key contributor in advancing her discipline through leading the global Reliability Technical Team, and the President of the Indiana Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals. She has mentored numerous individuals and developed several engineering best practices and management of standards and master specifications.

Roger currently serves as a Maintenance and Reliability Manager for Covestro in Augusta, GA. Previously, Roger worked for Owens Corning, having developed a world class lubrication program. In his previous career, he served in the US Navy Nuclear Power field, earning a Bachelors of Science in Nuclear Power, and a Masters of Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Roger has earned the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, Machinery Lubrication Engineer and Certification Lubrication Specialist Certifications, MLT I & II, MLA II and III, Vibration Analysis Level I, and Ultrasound Level I.

Alec has over 30 years of experience building high performance maintenance and reliability programs in a variety of manufacturing industries including foods, chemicals, baking. In his previous role with the Blue Buffalo division of General Mills he was developing and implementing effective equipment reliability programs and was part of the capital project design and management team. He has been a key technical team member in the design, construction, staffing, and operation of seven (7) automated manufacturing operations in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience with building effective equipment reliability programs, machine design, production line design, industrial controls, process engineering, and technical leadership. He has authored many reliability based articles and documents specializing in the development and implementation of comprehensive equipment reliability programs. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electronics from Truman State University and is a certified reliability leader (CRL).

Yuegang Zhao is the Chief Commercial Officer at KPM Analytics. He previously served as Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Spectro Scientific Inc., a global leader in providing on-site oil analysis solutions to oil & gas, mining, transportation fleet, industrial manufacturing, and power generation plants for predictive maintenance and machinery reliability. Prior to 2011, Mr. Zhao was vice president of sales of ICCNexergy, a portable power solution company servicing industrial mobile device manufactures, Director of global sales in Avtron Aerospace Inc, leader and provider of testing solutions for aerospace industry, and Director of Marketing and Product Management in Keithley Instruments serving semiconductor industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from Peking University, China, a master's degree in Physics from University of Wisconsin, Madison, and MBA from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He holds 5 patents and has published various papers in technical publications and trade journals.

Fitch is the founder and CEO of Tulsa-based Noria Corporation, a consulting and training organization that specializes in machinery lubrication, oil analysis, tribology, and machine reliability. The firm has served thousands of clients since 1997. Noria is publisher of Machinery Lubrication magazine. Mr. Fitch has been awarded numerous patents and has published over 200 books, journal papers, and technical articles. He is a technical consultant on wide-ranging subjects related to tribology and lubrication. Mr. Fitch is also founding director of the International Council for Machinery Lubrication.

Kenneth Bannister CMRP, MLE

Ken Bannister is a UK technical apprenticed and accredited mechanical design engineer with numerous engineering design patents to his credit. Since 1988 Ken has worked globally to assist all major industries in their maintenance, production and lubrication programs as head of ENGTECH Industries Inc., an international asset management consulting and training practice based near Toronto, Canada. Ken is one of only a few asset management consultants worldwide holding expertise and accreditation in the field of industrial lubrication management.
As a founding member, past Director and Vice President of PEMAC (Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada), Ken is no stranger to working at a board level. Since the early 2000’s he has worked diligently as a volunteer and technical advisor to the ICML on MLT/MLA exam question development; MLE designation and exam question development; and, more recently, the ICML 55.1 and ICML 55.2 standards development.
Ken is also a founding partner, editor, and writer for The RAM Review, a maintenance and lubrication e-newsletter and article library. As of 2022, he has published six maintenance books on energy management, predictive maintenance and practical lubrication, some of which are to be found in the ICML Domain of Knowledge.

Martin Williamson, B.Sc.(Mech)Eng, MLE, MLA III, MLT II

As managing director of KEW Engineering and a co-director of Uptime1O1 Pte. Ltd., Williamson is an internationally respected instructor and consultant with a nearly eighteen-year ICML history, first as an early certificant and then as a dependable volunteer technical contributor and training partner.
Williamson earned his first of several professional ICML certifications in 2005, and he currently holds MLE, MLA III, and MLT II. Establishing his KEW Engineering consultancy in the United Kingdom that same year, he has consistently championed the value of certification training and has conducted ICML-related training classes since that time. Williamson has contributed his expertise on ICML's test development committee for several years. More recently, as an individual Associate ICML Member, he has proven to be a reliable resource with contributions to ICML initiatives that promote the benefits of certification training and timely exams.
Williamson is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from the University of Cape Town. He began his maintenance career with condition monitoring in the mining industry, focusing on oil analysis and tribology. In 1994 he joined Pall Filtration in the UK and provided technical support on their contamination monitoring instruments to clients in a variety of industries. He later joined Entek IRD to work in product management of their oil analysis tools, as well as to provide technical support and oil analysis training to international clients.
For over 20 years, he has been presenting training classes and undertaking international consulting projects on behalf of Noria Corporation and other key clients such as BP, Dow Corning, Marathon Oil and Cargill. He attained his CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) status with SMRP (Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals) and has assisted with various related ISO working groups.
